It is both organophilic as well as hydrophobic. This makes it ideal for the adsorption of VOCs and the separation of them from industrial exhaust gases.
It can replace activated carbon, activated fiber, and other traditional carbon materials such as activated carbon, and has excellent thermal stability and hydrothermal stabilization. ).
It has developed three-dimensional microporous channels with medium dimensions that can adsorb small and medium molecular VOCs. These are smaller than 0.55nm in molecular sieve, but it cannot adsorb larger molecular OOCs. Typical VOCs applicable to this product include: toluene, xylene, styrene, hexane, cyclohexane, acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, phenol, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, etc.
