3D Printing Alloy Metal Materials Stainless Steel 17-4PH Metal Powder

This stainless steel powder, 17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. It is used for the manufacturing of shafts and other parts that are needed to power steam turbines. Particle sizes: 0-45mm, 0-53mm, 15-40mm, 15-20-53mm, 10-15-53mm, 30-45mm, 40-105mm. Use: 3D Printing.

About Stainless Steel Powder.

The powder's properties include low oxygen levels and uniform size distribution. This makes powder highly useful for powder metalurgicy or 3D printing.

Use in Process: The powder can be used for the following: DLD (laser-direct deposition), DLD(laser laser beam additive manufacturing), DLD [laser directly deposition], HIP (powder high isostatic pressing), Metal injection molding(MIM), and many other.

These are the applicable equipment.Powder is compatible with several 3D printers that use metal materials, including Renishaw, EOSINT M Series (Germany) and Concept Laser. You can use it by research institutes and laser melting equipment within the country. It is used in the research and development for select laser melting devices like Platinum, Huaying and others.

Use iron-based powders to 3D print thin-walled and complex parts.

Product details: 0-45, 45, 53, 15-60 and 15-50. Many granular powders are available for order.

Steel Steel 17-4PH Storage:

Wet reunion will affect 17-4PH powder performance, and 17-4PH use. Stainless Steel17-4PH Pulver must be vacuum packed and stored dry. Stainless Steel 17-4PH Powder cannot be air-blocked. Handling Stainless Steel17-4PH powder should be done with care.
